A magánkollégiumban a helyfoglalás a szerződéskötés sorrendjében történik. A szerződés az adott tanév végéig, tehát június 30-ig szól. Szerződni csak érvényes diákigazolvány birtokában lehetséges. Szerződéskötéskor  két havi  kauciót is kérünk, bérleti díj beköltözéskor, illetve tárgyhó elején előre esedékes.
